Hi Friends!

Its hard to believe that we are already knee deep into our third autumn together! Our success would not be possible would it not be for you, our supporters. Over the years I've learned how many of you have become personally invested in Our Milk Money's mission and are devoted not only to the concept of supporting parent owned businesses, but in helping us to spur personal development as entrepreneurs and household runners.  Thousands of people across the country are still aching to give up their jobs in the traditional workforce so that they can have more available time to dedicate to their families. This is by no means an easy choice to make, and involves great risk and courage.
Please remember to think of these parents when you are looking for something to purchase online or in your community. We must continue to work together to put value on every dollar that is spent and earned.
Its a favorite time of year for so many- perhaps its the briskness in the air, and the familiar feeling of school and schedules. Let this change in the seasons bring you the happiness you and your family deserve. Please enjoy the rest of our newsletter and pass it on to others who you know may enjoy it as well.

At Our Milk Money, we don't discriminate. Moms have great stories to share, but so do the Dads. It is definitely a sign of the times when Dads from all over the world begin to step up as primary care-takers and embrace their roles as stay-at-home parents.

Parents, what you don't need is another public motivator telling you to stand up and take action. I am convinced that you already have the motivation you need to make a change for the better. What you don't have are the tangible solutions to put your enthusiasm into action. We've just started a new 13 week series and this time we are going to bring you real hands on courses of action that will allow you to leave the traditional work force and come home!
These next 13 weeks we'll be bringing you step by step tutorials on things like approaching your current employer with a telecommute proposal, surviving as a family on a single salary, and how to effectively barter yourself and your services to compensate for what may be lacking in your bank account. We'll bring you already established home based business models, like mom blogging, virtual assisting, project management, and a whole lot more. (read more)
